LC builds for SLP.

Wästbygg Group’s subsidiary Logistic Contractor has been commissioned by Swedish Logistic Property to build a 22,000-square-meter logistics facility in Jönköping. The order value amounts to SEK 153 million. The agreement is conditional upon customary authority approvals, which are expected to be in place during September.
The collaboration between the parties regarding the project has been ongoing for some time. LC has assisted SLP during the planning phase with design and optimization of the building.
“The assignment for SLP is an excellent example of the positive synergies that arise when we work closely with the client from an early stage. Construction will begin after the summer and is expected to be completed in autumn 2027,” says Patrik Mellgren, CEO of Logistic Contractor.
