Arwidsro makes acquisition from Regio

Sweden Sweden — Arwidsro acquires modern grocery-anchored retail properties in the Överby Handelsområde from Regio. The acquisition includes 20,861 square meters of leasable area with a property value of SEK 440 million and a rental value of SEK 34.8 million. The properties have an average lease term of over four years and an economic occupancy rate of 100 percent.
