Sweden Sweden — Trianon's board of directors appoints Petra Krüger as new CEO. Current CEO Olof Andersson is proposed to be elected as new chairman of the board at the annual general meeting on May 21, 2026. Current chairman of the board, Richard Hultin, has declined re-election.

Platzer takes possession of the Mimo property in December

Sweden Sweden — In December Platzer will take possession of the Mimo property in Mölndal, comprehending offices and services of 40,000 square meters (GBA). The transaction is based on the acquisition agreement signed with NCC in 2021. NCC sells two properties to Alecta Fastigheter for EUR 189 million

Sweden Sweden — NCC is selling the Våghuset and Brick Studios office projects to Alecta Fastigheter. The properties lie next to each other on Masthuggskajen in central Gothenburg. The transaction price is SEK 2.2 billion (EUR 189 million).
