Olof Andersson has been CEO of Trianon since 2006, when he acquired the company. The property portfolio then consisted of properties worth SEK 200 million, which has increased to today's SEK 12.3 billion. Since the stock exchange listing in 2017, property management results, rental income and property values have increased steadily and Malmö-based Trianon has a stable financial position.

The change in the CEO role is a planned succession and a natural step in the company's continued development. Petra Krüger most recently came from a role as Head of Sweden at NCC Property Development and previously had a broad and solid background in housing development at Skanska. Petra Krüger will take up the role as CEO in August 2026. The board has appointed the company's Deputy CEO and CFO, Mari-Louise Hedbys, as acting CEO for the period after the annual general meeting on May 21 and until Petra Krüger takes up the role as CEO.

"My commitment to Trianon continues and I intend to remain a long-term owner. Now that a new CEO is in place, more time will be freed up for strategic work together with the board and CEO. I am very pleased that we have recruited Petra Krüger as the new CEO of Trianon. Her clear business acumen and focus on long-term value creation will be important assets in the continued development of the company, and I look forward to the collaboration", says Olof Andersson, outgoing CEO and largest owner of Trianon

"I have followed Trianon with great interest for some time and am attracted by the company's ambition to combine strong value growth with social benefit. The company's focus on housing and commercial property development in a growing Malmö and surrounding municipalities is very attractive. I am proud of the trust in leading Trianon and look forward to taking the company to the next level together with employees, management, board and owners, as well as in dialogue with our residents and businesses", says Petra Krüger, future CEO of Trianon.

The Nomination Committee will present its full proposal for the Board of Directors in the notice of the Annual General Meeting. A limited number of major shareholders who together hold more than 50 percent of the votes in Trianon intend to vote in favor of the proposal that Olof Andersson be elected as the new Chairman of the Board.
