Sweden — Postnord is investing SEK 1.1 billion in a new high-tech and sustainable terminal for parcel and pallet handling in Vaggeryd, Jönköping County, in southern Sweden. The terminal will be able to process 25,000 parcels per hour, making it the highest-capacity facility in Sweden.

Sweden — SLP acquires two logistics properties with a property value of approximately SEK 470 million (EUR 41 million) from Postnord in a sale-and-leaseback transaction.

Finland — Nordic communications and logistics provider Postnord and YIT have signed a rental agreement concerning Postnord’s new logistics centre in Hakkila, Vantaa.

Sweden — Barings announces that it has acquired four logistics assets in Norrköping on behalf of institutional investors, for about EUR 92 million through a sale and lease back agreement.

Sweden — Catena has today signed a 15-year lease with Postnord and will be investing MSEK 250 (EUR 24M) in a new terminal at the Tostarp Logistics Position in Helsingborg. This will be the fourth facility to commence development at the site.

Denmark — Postnord Denmark will during the summer of 2016 move their Postcenter in Copenhagen to Høje Taastrup where they rent 19,000 sqm in a property owned by Carlsberg.

Denmark — Postnord, leading supplier of communication and logistic solutions to, from and within the Nordic region, divests their Danish headquarters as well as a letter terminal in Copenhagen for MSEK 1,152, approximately €124 M.
