Norway — Public Property Invest (PPI) has signed an agreement to acquire the Njord Syndicate Bergen Kommunebygg AS which owns the property Damsgårdsveien 106 in Bergen.

Finland — Public Property Invest has signed an agreement to acquire two adjacent elementary school properties for EUR 37.1 million. The properties are located in the city of Espoo, a part of the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Nordic — PPI acquires pre-school in Trelleborg from Acrinova and signs a triple net lease with Municipality of Trelleborg.

Norway — Public Property Invest signs a new ten-year lease contract with the Norwegian Labour and Welfare administration (NAV) in Kristiansand.

Norway — The Board of Public Property Invest has appointed André Gaden as the new CEO of PPI. He is today the COO of PPI. The Board has also appointed Ilija Batljan as new CIO of PPI. Batljan has served as interim CEO since the IPO in April 2024.

Nordic — Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden is selling seven properties in Norway, Finland and Sweden for an agreed property value of SEK 2,500m.
