Norwegian Real estate company Public Property Invest has acquired two modern healthcare and community properties in Helsinki for a total property value of EUR 63 million. The properties, built in 2019 and 2021, cover approximately 13.520 square meters and are fully leased to, among others, Mehiläinen, the City of Vantaa and Nordea.
Rental income is approximately EUR 5.8 million per year.
The transaction will be paid in cash and is expected to be completed on May 30.
