Norway — Studentbostäder i Norden continues its Nordic expansion and acquires a property in Norway with 99 student apartments.

Denmark — Gefion Group has just sold its entire development project on Engvej, where up to 653 youth and study residential units as well as businesses located on Engvej 155 close to Femøren metro station are being built. It is Gefion Group's largest real estate business to date.

Sweden — Studentbostäder i Sverige (SBS) has entered into an agreement to acquire the property Jönköping Vikingen 1 from Träbyn Invest AB, a joint venture between Vasaparken and Urban Properties, where 349 turnkey student housing with common areas will be developed and expected to be completed in stages during the period between July 2021 and May 2022 .

Sweden — Property company Studentbostäder i Sverige (SBS) has acquired 1,443 student housing units in Luleå from Lindbäcks Fastigheter.
