Sebastian Schönström, born in 1993, currently serves as Deputy CEO of Studentbostäder i Norden and has experience in the real estate industry. He previously served as CEO of Ride Group AB and CFO of Amasten Fastighets AB.

Chairman of the Board Per Strimbold thanks Rebecka Eidenert for her significant contributions to the company. Rebecka Eidenert was the company's first employee and, during her eight years as CEO, has led its development from a property portfolio valued at SEK 0.9 billion to SEK 8.1 billion across three countries.

Under her leadership, the company was also listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. Rebecka Eidenert has successfully and responsibly guided the company through a period characterized by, among other challenges, the pandemic and a significantly changed interest rate environment.

The Board of Directors will immediately initiate the process of appointing a permanent CEO. Further information will be provided as the process progresses.
