Sweden — Resona and Hines have signed a forward-funding agreement enabling the development of the Trollvagnarna block in central Sollentuna. The transaction comprises 17,073 square metres of residential GFA and 308 rental apartments with associated commercial space, making it one of Sweden’s largest residential projects commencing construction in 2025.
