Denmark — Alma Property Partners and SF Management have agreed to acquire Torveporten Umeus Valby, a newly completed residential property featuring a micro-living concept comprising 452 apartments in Valby, Copenhagen, from Urban Partners.

Denmark — Gefion Group has sold the modern rental property at Frederikssundsvej 100 in Copenhagen to the fund SFM Bolig+ II. The property, consisting of 73 newly built studio apartments, was developed to meet the growing demand for compact and functional housing in the capital.
