Sweden — Leje Fastigheter announced today that the company has entered into an agreement to sell an extensive property portfolio consisting of 15 assets to Ryk Group. The transaction includes high-quality light industrial buildings located in metropolitan areas and comprises more than 46,000 square metres of lettable area, representing the majority of Leje Fastigheter’s total holdings.
