The portfolio consists of 15 properties, of which 13 are located in Stockholm and two in Gothenburg. All buildings have been developed and constructed by Leje Fastigheter. The assets maintain a very high technical standard and a high degree of digitalisation.
“The sale is a strategic decision that enables us three owners to take the next step within our respective focus areas, and we are extremely pleased to hand over these properties to a well-regarded, long-term party that shares our values. We are convinced that Ryk Group is the right owner to take over the portfolio and continue owning and managing the properties with the same perspective we have had,” said Niklas Granström, founder of Leje Fastigheter.
“Ryk Group is a secure and long-term owner with the right understanding of the portfolio’s quality. We will now continue developing our remaining holdings with the same focus on quality, location and long-term value creation,” said Markus Frisk, co-owner of Leje Fastigheter.
In connection with the acquisition, Ryk Group is establishing a new property management company focused on premium light industrial assets in the most attractive metropolitan locations. The company’s focus will centre on sustainable, long-term and modern property management.
“We have followed Leje Fastigheter’s journey for a long time and have had a long-standing relationship with the company’s management, as we have both operated in the same geographies for decades. We have seen the company’s development up close and are convinced that the very high quality of the property portfolio and its strong locations will create a stable foundation for us to build on. Our ambition is to continue growing this portfolio for many years, and we look forward to developing the strong tenant relationships that Leje Fastigheter has established,” said Conny Ryk, CEO and founder of Ryk Group.
Closing is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.
