Sweden — Art-Invest Real Estate has acquired three new-build residential properties in Sweden’s largest ongoing urban development Barkarbystaden from Åke Sundvall and Obos. The acquisition was made on behalf of one of Art-Invest Real Estate’s institutional investment funds.

Sweden — Stadsrum Fastigheter acquires a portfolio of nine properties in central Lund from Estancia Fastigheter.

Sweden — Gladsheim Fastigheter has bought a housing stock in Karlskoga comprising 83 apartments. The portfolio consists of three properties, with a total lettable area of 9,818 square meters, of which 78 percent of the property value consists of housing and 22 percent of premises. the purchase takes place in the form of a company with an underlying property value of SEK 65 million. The seller is Hallbergs Hyreshus and access was completed on 16 May.

Sweden — Stadsrum Real Estate acquires the properties Grinden 21 and Grinden 27 in Stockholm from Vasaparken.

Sweden — Serneke has reached an agreement-in-principle with Oaktree Capital Management to divest 80 percent of Karlatornet, situated on the Karlastaden estate in the Lindholmen area of Gothenburg. Serneke will remain as a shareholder in Karlatornet and continue to act as main contractor for the construction of the tallest building in the Nordic region.

Nordic — Allianz and CBRE Global Investment Partners (CBRE GIP) have joined forces and acquired a Nordic logistics portfolio through a Norwegian fund vehicle managed by Ness, Risan & Partners (NRP).
