Sweden — Slättö expands within public use real estate through acquisition of close to EUR 300 million portfolio from Estea.

Finland — Slättö continues its growth in Finland and expands its portfolio within the hospitality segment. The investment is made in collaboration with tech-powered, short-term rental operator Bob W in a brown-to-green refurbishment in Kasarmikatu 40, central Helsinki.

Nordic — Nordic real estate investor Slättö strengthens position by welcoming Lærernes Pension as a new investor, committing SEK 600 million.

Nordic — Joakim Andersson joins Slättö as new CFO. He has extensive experience from the Swedish investment company Kinnevik, where he held the position of CFO and Head of Strategy, among other roles, for 13 years. His most recent role was CFO at the software company Cint. At Slättö Joakim Andersson will be responsible for finance and IT, fund management and financing.

Nordic — Slättö recruits Fredrik Thorén as Director, Financing, to complement the firm’s already strong financing team. Fredrik will play a key role in helping realise the business opportunities Slättö continues to generate in Sweden, Finland and across the Nordic region.

Sweden — Slättö Value Add I, through the logistics platform Evolv, has divested an ongoing logistics development in Pilängen Logistics Park in Örebro to BlackRock Alternatives.

Nordic — Slättö recruits Tina Söderlund-Boley as Director, Head of Sales. The senior appointment will complement Slättö’s existing team, and further accelerate the firm’s growth strategy in the Nordic region.

Finland — Slättö, Evolv and Budbee expand in Finland by developing a new last-mile logistics terminal in Helsinki Metropolitan Area.

Sweden — Evolv and Budbee are stepping up investments in sustainable logistics facilities with, among other things, solar panels from LUMA Energy. In the fall of 2022, three new modern and efficient terminals will be completed in Almnäs Logistikpark in Södertälje municipality, Stigamo Logistikpark just south of Jönköping (in Vaggeryd’s municipality) and at Landvetter Airport just east of Gothenburg (in Härryda municipality).

Nordic — Slättö recruits Ilkka Salminen as Country Head, Finland and Erik Möller as Sector Head, Hotels. The recruitments will support Slättö’s growth strategy in the Nordic region and further strengthen the firm’s well-reputed team.

Sweden — Niam has acquired 318 apartments in central Uppsala from Slättö.

Finland — Slättö and Peab establishes a joint venture for the development and management of newly produced green residential properties in Finland.

Sweden — Slättö has recruited Annachiara Torciano as Head of ESG and Communications. The recruitment is of strategic importance to support Slättö’s growth strategy and will further strengthen Slättö’s already well-reputed team.

Finland — Evolv, Slättö’s specialised logistics platform, establishes presence in Finland through the acquisition of the company’s first asset outside of Sweden.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by fund manger Slättö to construct 584 rental apartments in Bromsten in the northwest of Stockholm.

Sweden — Slättö has announced the divestment of eleven properties through its logistics and warehouse platform Evolv. The properties, totalling approx. 41,000 sqm, are located in attractive and highly accessible last mile sites in Stockholm, Mälardalen and Norrköping. The portfolio is acquired by Swedish Logistic Property.

Sweden — Slättö has recruited Annette Hjelmstedt as Head of Investor Relations and Sari Marttila as Head of Talent Management. These senior hires are part of Slättö’s growth strategy and will further strengthen Slättö’s team.

Sweden — Slättö Förvaltning today announces the establishment of a joint venture between Eklöf Invest and Slättö Core+, one of Slättö’s funds under management. The JV’s purpose is to develop a new logistic hub in Herstadberg just north of central Norrköping.

Sweden — Slättö Förvaltning and SIBS AB today announces a letter of intent to form a Joint Venture between Slättö’s new fund Slättö Value Add II and SIBS to develop more than 4,000 apartments from SIBS’ project portfolio.
