Sweden — At an Extraordinary General Meeting on April 12, 2021, Stefan Glevén was elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Slättö Förvaltning AB. In connection with his appointment as new chairman, Glevén, through his investment company Geltis AB, will also become a partner in Slättö Förvaltning.

Sweden — Patrizia has acquired a residential development project in Malmö, in the attractive suburb of Hyllie from Slättö, for approximately EUR 100 million.

Sweden — Heba has signed an agreement with Slättö VI AB regarding the acquisition of rental housing in Norrtälje harbor.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad and Slättö form JV for developing housing and residential care facilities.

Sweden — Slättö has, within its seventh fund, Slättö VII, where the fund operates a joint venture together with Fastpartner, agreed on the sale of housing at an underlying value of SEK 1.32 billion (EUR 127M). The buyer is a fund managed by Barings.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad signed an agreement for the sale to Slättö of around 650 residences in Bro, Upplands-Bro municipality. The value at completion is expected to amount to around EUR 113M.

Sweden — Through its fourth fund, Slättö IV, Slättö has divested to properties for a total transaction price of EUR 155M. Buyers are Trenum, owned by Balder and AP3, and Lansa, owned by Länsförsäkringar.

Sweden — Lansa Fastigheter, lead by Sveareal’s former CEO Claes Malmkvist, has now made their first acquisition – 720 apartments.

Sweden — Magnolia develops 262 apartments, now sold to Slättö. Property value at completion will be about MSEK 450 (EUR 47M).
