Sweden — Alecta Fastigheter has signed an agreement to acquire the culturally significant property Hasseln 1 on Kungsgatan in Stockholm from Svenska Spel. The building comprises approximately 5,300 square metres across eight floors and is located in the heart of Västra City, an area where Alecta Fastigheter already holds several strategic assets. Closing is scheduled for 3 March 2026.
