Sweden — Prisma Properties is taking the next step in the development of its retail area in Tierp. The company has signed long lease agreements with Willys, Rusta, Thansen, Jem & fix, Shibu Shibu as well as an operator of electric vehicle charging. The newly signed leases have a total annual rental value of SEK 10.6 million and an average lease duration of 12 years.

Sweden — Prisma Properties has entered into a land allocation agreement with the Municipality of Kalix regarding the development of a new retail area at Näsbyängarna in Kalix. The zoning plan for the area allows for approximately 10,000 square metres of retail and town centre uses, and the land allocation was awarded after Prisma won the Municipality of Kalix’s land allocation competition.

Sweden — Prisma Properties plans to develop a new retail destination of approximately 4,000 square meters in Ronneby, featuring stores for groceries and daily goods, as well as fast chargers for electric vehicles. The total annual rental value for the entire project is estimated to reach about SEK 5.5 million upon completion, and a long lease agreement has already been signed with a grocery chain.

Nordic — Heimstaden AB is making changes in its Management Team. Arve Regland, who has held a combined CFO position in Heimstaden AB and Fredensborg AS, will take the more strategic role as Group CFO of Fredensborg AS, as Thomas Alexander Hansen is appointed CFO of Heimstaden AB.
