Finland Finland — Areim has acquired the office building Kaikukatu 3 A located in Helsinki’s vibrant inner-city area, Sörnäinen-Kallio. The approximately 6,000 sqm building was acquired from Valio Pension Fund and will now undergo a comprehensive refurbishment.
