Toni Loimijoki will assume the role in September, joining from his position as Head of Investments Finland at Areim. He brings extensive experience in real estate investment and the Finnish property market.

Alongside this appointment, Tommi Seppänen, COO Finland, will continue to play a central role in the operational development of Trophi's existing Finnish portfolio.
