Norway — Urban Partners has divested a portfolio of four newly built logistics properties in Vestby and Moss outside Oslo to KLP Eiendom. The portfolio consists of approx. 98,000 sqm of modern logistics space strategically located in two of Norway’s most attractive logistics hubs. With a property value of NOK 1.8 billion, the sale marks the largest logistics transaction in Norway this year.
