Sweden — Sehlhall has acquired the property Sätra Gård 1 in Stockholm from Nordiqus and plans to develop a new residential care facility comprising 80 apartments. Vardaga has signed a 15-year lease agreement for the operation. The project represents an important addition to Stockholm’s future elderly care capacity in a region where demand for new care home places is expected to increase significantly in the coming years.
