Sweden — The board of Wallenstam has resolved, pursuant to the authority granted by the general meeting April 27, 2021, to sell 7,000,000 Class B treasury shares in Wallenstam, representing approximately 2.12 percent of the total number of shares and approximately 1.09 percent of the votes.

Sweden — Klarna is carrying out a new issue in which Wallenstam is investing SEK 125 million.

Sweden — Wallenstam has signed a lease with L2 Fastigheter for 420 square meters at Vasagatan 43 B in Gothenburg. In October, they will move into their new office premises in the Avenyn area.

Sweden — Wallenstam has signed a lease with Sweden’s largest private healthcare provider, Praktikertjänst. Right next to Rosendal Square in Uppsala, Praktikertjänst is planning to open both a healthcare center and a child healthcare center in late 2021.

Sweden — Wallenstam has signed a letter of intent with the City of Stockholm regarding the building, which has been used for the evacuation of Östermalmshallen. The building, which is located at Östermalmstorg, opened in 2016 when the regular market hall was to be renovated, and it closed for good on February 15, 2020.

Sweden — Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden acquires two centrally located community service properties let to school operators from Wallenstam for an agreed total property value of MSEK 380.

Sweden — Wallenstam now has 10,000 rental apartments under management. The tenant Dennis Furlan and his family are moving into Wallenstam’s 10,000th apartment in the new production in Elisedal, Gothenburg.

Sweden — As a part of Wallenstam’s sustainability work, four climate targets are now being introduced. The aim of the targets is to further reduce the carbon footprint from the building operations and from the properties’ energy consumption and residual waste. In addition, all business trips shall be carried out in a carbon-neutral way.

Sweden — Wallenstam has started the construction of 85 apartments, of which 12 are so-called co-living apartments, in the development project Kallebäcks Terrasser in Gothenburg. During the quarter, a total of 145 apartments were completed and occupied in two different projects. In September, land was also taken into possession for future new production in Österåker.

Sweden — Wallenstam has issued a green bond under its green framework and MTN program. The issue consists of SEK 300 million with a maturity of two years and with a fixed interest rate of 0.695 percent. The bond is unsecured.

Sweden — 13 minutes from Stockholm City in Umami Park, Sundbyberg, 85 newly constructed, premium apartments for companies are now ready through the housing concept ‘Umami easy living’ – furnished or unfurnished corporate apartments that Wallenstam will let under its own management to companies as long-term accommodation or apartments for overnight stays.

Sweden — An agreement has been signed on the sale of Wallenstam's new construction project in the New York block at Gärdet in Stockholm. The buyers are 14 companies within the Länsförsäkringar Group, which are scheduled to take possession of the property when it is completed on December 15, 2020.

Sweden — Wallenstam is becoming a 25-percent joint owner in Colive through a new issue. Colive is one of Sweden's first operators of co-living housing through so-called 'co-living hubs'.
