Finland — YIT has signed a contract with Port of Tallinn about the construction of a new cruise terminal in Tallinn.

Finland — YIT and Caverion Finland Ltd have signed a contract with the City of Helsinki on the construction of the Vuosaari Upper Secondary School using the life-cycle model. The total value of the contract is approximately EUR 32 million, of which YIT’s share is approximately EUR 19 million.

Finland — YIT and Icecapital have signed pre-agreements on the construction of approximately 780 rental apartments in the Helsinki metropolitan area and Tampere.

Finland — YIT and Veritas Pension Insurance have signed an agreement on the sale of a commercial property in the district of Kupittaa in Turku.

Finland — YIT is involved in founding a joint venture that invests in rental apartments the company has constructed in Finland. The investors in the joint venture are YIT (49 percent) and a group of Finnish private investment companies, including Oma Säästöpankki as well as LähiTapiola Etelä-Pohjanmaa. At the same time, YIT is selling almost 600 completed apartments or apartments that are in the final stage of construction throughout Finland to the new joint venture. The total value of the sold apartments is over EUR 100 million.
