Finland — After seven years at Sato the company’s CFO Esa Neuvonen leaves to join YIT Corporation. Esa Neuvonen will serve as CFO at YIT. He will start in his new position by the end of the year.

Finland — YIT has agreed to sell approximately 60 apartments and selected plots to Ålandsbanken’s funds. The total value of the agreements is close to € 20 M.

Finland — YIT and OP-Vuokratuotto non-UCITS Fund have signed pre-agreements on the construction of four non-subsidized residential projects for rental use. The total value of the agreements is over € 25 M, and the projects will comprise nearly 180 rental apartments.

Finland — YIT, Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Onvest Oy and Fennia Mutual Insurance Company have all signed the agreement to implement the Mall of Tripla and its parking facilities as a joint venture. Mall of Triples will be built at the station of Pasila in Helsinki.

Finland — YIT, Ahlström Capital and HGR Property Partners develop new office space next to the Kasarmitori square in Helsinki CBD. Two old office buildings are demolished, and they will be replaced by a 16,000 sqm office building, to be completed in late 2017.

Finland — Five companies have signed a letter of intent on the establishment of a joint venture for the implementation of the Mall of Tripla in central Pasila, Helsinki. The overall value of the shopping mall and the parking facility is approximately € 600 M.

Finland — YIT has signed an agreement on the sale of an office building located in Helsinki city centre to non-UCITS Fund OP-Vuokratuotto. The total value of the agreement is approximately € 23 M.

Finland — YIT has signed an agreement on the sale of Avia Line III office premise located in Vantaa to non-UCITS Fund OP-Vuokratuotto. The total value of the agreement is over € 8 M.

Finland — Orava Residential REIT has signed a binding agreement to acquire 42 apartments from YIT Rakennus for a debt free purchase price of EUR 10.3 million.

Finland — Citycon has entered into contracts to divest two properties located in Tikkurila in Vantaa and Kallhäll in Stockholm. The total sales price for the two properties is around € 14 M.

Finland — YIT sells the Lauttasaari shopping centre, Lauttis, in Helsinki to Aberdeen European Balanced Property Fund. The total value of the agreement is over €40M.

Finland — Finnish YIT sells the office building BW Tower in Lahtis and 112 apartments, most of them are located in Helsinki.
