Angermann has acted as sales advisor in the sale of three light industrial properties in Västerås and southern Stockholm. The sale comprises a total property area of​​13,600 square meters and is structured as a sale and leaseback transaction.

The buyer of the properties is Norrman & Son. In connection with the transaction, the buyer and seller have signed ten-year triple net lease agreements.
