Along Roslagsgatan in Norrtälje, the Sparven nursing home will be built. Each resident will have their own apartment and plenty of common areas and services. Sparven will offer 60 places to stay and the building will be environmentally certified.

The building permit for the project was granted in October 2024, and since the beginning of 2025 the construction process has been in full swing. The demolition of the existing buildings on the properties is currently underway, marking the start of the new housing.
