The portfolio consists of one primary school and five preschools, fully leased to stable operators with a total lettable area of approximately 11.000 square meters and an average remaining lease duration of approximately 13 years.
“We are extremely pleased to be able to complete another acquisition and include this very fine educational portfolio with newly built properties and long-term contracts in attractive locations in our portfolio. The investment is fully in line with our strategy to own educational infrastructure that meets both today’s and tomorrow’s needs,” says Samuel Spetz, CFO.
The transaction is expected to occur at the end of March 2025 and the total agreed property value amounts to SEK 454 million, approximately EUR 40.5 million.
"Through the acquisition, we expand our portfolio of high-quality educational infrastructure and create a better foundation for growth together with both existing and new tenants. We are constantly evaluating new investment opportunities and look forward to continuing to grow our portfolio through both acquisitions and development of our existing assets and are happy to collaborate with both new and existing customers and partners," says Jenny Rehn, CEO.
