Pablo Bernengo, responsible for Alecta Fastigheter on behalf of Alecta, led the process of appointing the new Chair.

“Johan Bergman is a highly experienced leader with deep expertise in the real estate sector. Together with the rest of the Board, he will be a valuable asset in the continued development of Alecta Fastigheter,” says Pablo Bernengo, Chief Investment Officer at Alecta.

During the Annual General Meeting, Klas Åkerbäck and Daniel Kristiansson were also elected as new members of the Board. Klas Åkerbäck serves as Senior Portfolio Manager for International Real Estate at Alecta, and Daniel Kristiansson as an Ownership Governance Specialist within the Ownership Governance & Sustainability department at Alecta.

Following the meeting, the Board of Alecta Fastigheter now comprises six members: Johan Bergman, Daniel Skoghäll, Camilla Wirth, Knut Rost, Klas Åkerbäck, and Daniel Kristiansson.
