“We are pleased that DLL has chosen Kungsbrohuset for its Swedish headquarters. This confirms the building’s appeal and the strength of our offering of modern, well-located office solutions. We look forward to a long-term partnership where we can jointly create the best possible conditions for DLL’s continued growth,” says Ellen Reichard, Head of Leasing at Newsec.
The property is directly adjacent to Stockholm Central Station and several key public transport connections, offering a prime office location with proximity to services, restaurants, and other amenities. For DLL, the office's features were central to the decision.
“Location was important in our search for new premises, as well as open spaces with ample natural light. Our new office will be used for both social activities and flexible work arrangements. With the new space in Kungsbrohuset, we feel we have checked many of our boxes, and we look forward to moving into our new premises,” says Magnus Segerdahl, CEO of DLL Nordics.
Niras, which acted as advisor to DLL throughout the process, also views the move positively.
“We are pleased to have supported this process, which will result in a modern, efficient office,” says Rickard Ekman, Market Director Stockholm at Niras.
Interest in the Blekholmen 4 property, Kungsbrohuset, remains high. Several discussions are currently underway with potential tenants for the remaining 1,000 square meters of office space.
