Sweden — Following its review, the City of Gothenburg’s Exploitation Administration has concluded that Ola Serneke’s new company possesses the financial capacity to carry out the Cirkustomten project in central Gothenburg. This development brings the company one step closer to securing the transfer of the land allocation for the project.
