New Property has acted as sell-side advisor to a private party in the divestment of an office and warehouse property located in eastern Fyrislund, Uppsala. The property comprises a lettable area of 3,248 square meters (LOA) as well as a garage level of 1,188 square meters. The purchaser is Coeli.

The property, Danmarks-Säby 6:18, was completed in 2020 and consists of a three-storey building divided into office space, warehouse facilities, a car showroom, and a basement-level garage. The main tenant is Hectronic AB, which occupies approximately 47 percent of the lettable area.

The selling company also operates a car dealership in the property and, in connection with the transaction, has entered into a new lease agreement. The new owner took possession of the property on 12 September.
