NCC is to refurbish and make accessibility upgrades to approximately 16,000 square meters in Stockholm’s inner city.

The construction will start in autumn 2025 and is expected to be completed during 2029.

The project is valued at approximately SEK 1.5 billion and will be order registered in the fourth quarter of 2025 under the NCC Building Sweden business area.
