Prisma Properties acquires grocery property in the Copenhagen area

Denmark — Prisma Properties has entered into an agreement to acquire a fully let grocery property just outside central Copenhagen. The property comprises approximately 1,000 square meters of lettable area and is being acquired at an underlying property value of DKK 36.8 million.

The property is located in an established retail area on Kettevej in Hvidovre, west of Copenhagen, with strong traffic flows and direct proximity to the motorway network. It is let to Salling Group and operated as a Netto store. Closing took place on 7 October 2026.

“The acquisition adds a fully let grocery property with a strong tenant. The property is located in an attractive location in Greater Copenhagen and is a valuable addition to our Danish portfolio, where we continue to expand within the grocery segment,” says Linnéa Nordin Franzén, Investment Manager at Prisma Properties.

The acquisition is expected to increase Prisma’s earnings per share by 0,18 per cent compared with the latest reported earnings capacity as of Q2 2026.

In connection with the transactions, BAHR acted as legal advisor and JLL as technical advisor.
