The football operations also encompass the provision of hospitality services and related activities through Parken Services A/S.

The process also includes the possibility of a full or partial divestment of Parken Ejendomme, which comprises the football stadium and the associated office towers. However, a divestment of Parken Ejendomme is not a prerequisite for a potential divestment of F.C. København.

Operations at Parken Sport & Entertainment, including the sporting activities of F.C. København, will continue as usual. There is no guarantee that a sale of either F.C. København or Parken Ejendomme will be concluded.
