Nordiqus has entered into an agreement to acquire an attractive portfolio of educational assets from Turako consisting of 13 existing educational facilities and 1 school currently under construction. The portfolio is strategically located in Stockholm (13 properties) and Gothenburg (1 property), with construction years ranging from 2018 to 2026.

All properties are fully leased, with a weighted average remaining lease term over 12 years and include several of Sweden’s leading education providers as tenants.

“We have been following Turako for an extended period, and we are pleased to have been entrusted with the long-term ownership and management of their high-quality education portfolio. This acquisition strengthens our overall portfolio of first-class educational assets in attractive locations,” says Samuel Spetz, CFO.

Closing took place on the 24th of March 2026 for the standing properties, while the property under construction will be transferred in connection with the start of the 2026-2027 school year.

“Turako’s school portfolio is built to a high technical standard and features modern and functional designs with strong emphasis on environmental performance and long-term sustainability. The properties have been carefully planned and constructed to create safe and functional learning environments. The consistent quality of the materials, energy solutions, and technical reliability makes this portfolio a very strong addition for us. We look forward to managing and further developing these educational facilities over the long term together with our operators,” says Jenny Rehn, CEO.
