The new building will comprise approximately 2,700 square meters and will be let to Lidl and Fitness 24 Seven. Construction is scheduled to commence in autumn 2026, with completion and tenant occupancy expected in the second quarter of 2027.

The project will contribute to the development and expansion of grocery retail as well as enhanced services in central Skurup. It reflects Trophi’s strategy of developing and owning retail properties with strong, long-term tenants, primarily within the grocery segment, while contributing to vibrant and functional retail destinations across the country.
