The development comprises 255 modern apartments, together with commercial premises and a parking garage, located in the residential district of Björlanda on the island of Hisingen.
The acquisition includes the properties Göteborg Björlanda 3:72 and 3:75–3:77. Completion will take place in two phases during autumn and winter 2027. The project comprises approximately 16,300 square metres of lettable area across four residential blocks. The buildings will achieve high energy performance standards and will be certified under the Miljöbyggnad Silver environmental certification scheme.
The location offers a unique combination of a rural setting and urban accessibility, with excellent transport links to central Gothenburg. In addition to residential apartments, the development will include commercial premises, a grocery store, and other local services, contributing to the creation of a vibrant and secure neighbourhood with a high level of local amenities.
