Heba raises their goals: "We won't get better by having people run faster"

Heba is raising the bar considerably for the coming years. The management profit per share must increase by an average of 10 percent a year until 2030, while the company must keep the leverage down and increase the proportion of community properties. According to CEO Patrik Emanuelsson, the way there is through a new business model where property development, more efficient management and a more active capital allocation will be reinforced by data, digital twins and AI.<br />
"One house must be able to teach all houses. Heba will get more value out of each property," says Patrik Emanuelsson.
