Corem has signed a four-year lease agreement with Rarity Bioscience for approximately 1,300 sq.m. of laboratory and office space in the property Fyrislund 6:6, located in Uppsala Business Park. Rarity Bioscience operates within the life science sector and develops technology capable of detecting cancer-related mutations, thereby contributing to improved treatment outcomes for patients.
"We are very much looking forward to moving into larger premises that provide the right conditions for us to continue developing our business. The new facilities will support our ongoing growth and expansion through purpose-built laboratory environments, generous space and a workplace that inspires both focus and engagement," says Linus Bosaeus, CEO of Rarity Bioscience.
"We are pleased to welcome Rarity Bioscience to Uppsala Business Park. The area offers many advantages as a place that fosters networking, collaboration and innovation. Corem has a strong local presence in both Uppsala and Uppsala Business Park, and we look forward to being a trusted partner, supporting the company's operations with high-quality and tailored premises," says Anna Lidhagen Ohlsén, Property Manager at Corem.
Rarity Bioscience will take possession of the premises during the fourth quarter of 2026.
