Transaction volume in the Nordic region amounted to just under EUR 20 billion in the first half of 2026 – an increase of 36 percent compared to the same period in 2025 – according to figures from JLL’s latest Nordic Outlook report. However, this growth was driven by a limited number of portfolio and consolidation deals, with Sweden accounting for more than the region’s entire net increase.
