Stena Fastigheter has signed an agreement with Ulf & Bo Eklöf Invest AB to acquire two residential rental properties. The properties were completed in 2020 and comprise a total of approximately 10,400 square metres of lettable space, of which approximately 8,000 square metres comprises residential space across 164 rental apartments. The acquisition also includes two commercial units and a garage with 65 parking spaces. The properties are fully let and located in Barkarbystaden.

The buildings are BREEAM In-Use Very Good certified. Closing will take place on 1 October.
