Jonas Regnander succeeds Joakim Henriksson, who stepped down from the position this summer. Since then, Malin Svensson, Executive Vice President of Wooden Houses, has served as Acting CEO of Obos Sweden.

He has a deep understanding of the residential housing sector and knows what it takes to develop an industrial operation. This expertise is particularly valuable as we continue to strengthen our operations in Sweden, not least through our investment in one of Europe's most modern single-family home factories in Myresjö. Jonas Regnander has served as CEO of Trivselhus since 2021. Prior to that, he held positions including Production Director at Elitfönster and senior management roles at Pallco and Sapa. He has spent a significant part of his career working in the Vetlanda area and has strong ties to Småland, where Obos has a substantial share of its industrial operations. He looks forward to his new role with great enthusiasm and confidence.
