The project consists of four separate buildings with four to seven floors where the top floor is recessed in all the buildings. They are connected by a shared garage and basement with a tech room and storage.

 “We’re proud to contribute with our expertise and by building more housing for Malmö residents. This is a good example of our locally produced community building,” says Peter Lindstedt, Region Manager Peab.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin in October 2022 and occupation is planned for February 2025.

The project will be order registered in the third quarter 2022.
