Sweden — Stendörren Fastigheter has signed a 15-year lease agreement with a Swedish government agency for premises in southern Stockholm, Tullinge. The agreement comprises approximately 6,500 square meters and will have a positive impact on net operating income of approximately SEK 11 million per year. The tenant will take possession of the premises during autumn 2026.

Sweden — In mid-2023, Hedin Bil will move into Stendörren’s premises at Ulvsundavägen 106 in Bromma, Stockholm. The parties have signed a 15-year lease agreement for premises of 3,440 sqm in the property Elementet 1.

Sweden — Castellum increases focus on logistics and offices. With the shifting focus the company makes change at the top. Anders Nilsson, Managing Director for Region Stockholm-North, leaves the company effective immediately.

Sweden — NCC has initiated a partnering arrangement with Castellum to build a car showroom of slightly more than 25,000 square meters in Huddinge, south of Stockholm. The project is a turnkey contract and the order value is approximately EUR 29M.
