Sweden — Klövern has acquired two commercial properties in Örnsberg, southwest Stockholm, with potential development rights for approximately 270 residential units. The seller is Vincero Fastigheter. The properties are scheduled for transfer on June 2, 2025, at which point Klövern will assume management responsibilities.

Sweden — Vincero Fastigheter has sold two office properties in central Uppsala of 3,800 square meters. The buyer of the properties is AB Upsala Nya Tidning, which is part of the NTM Group.
