Sweden — Veidekke has been awarded a contract by Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter to build 56 new apartments for the Cederhuset housing cooperative in Pedagogen Park in Mölndal. The contract is a design and build agreement valued at approximately SEK 98 million excluding VAT, with occupancy scheduled for spring 2028.

Sweden — Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter has acquired the property Göteborg Amhult 107:4 in Torslanda in Gothenburg. The site covers 4,588 square metres and includes a fully leased industrial building measuring 2,300 square metres. The property is located adjacent to the Amhult transport hub, where Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter already owns properties.
