“Strong demand for homes at Pedagogen Park means that we can now take the next step and commence construction of one of our final self-developed residential block in the area. Veidekke’s scope of work comprises the construction of an eight-storey building with apartments ranging from one to seven rooms. Brf Cederhuset will also feature a shared greenhouse in the courtyard for residents, as well as a shared guest apartment. The building will be certified under the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, which entails meeting stringent requirements for areas including materials, energy consumption and indoor climate.

Brf Cederhuset is the third residential property developed by Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter in the area and is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in spring 2028.

The contract will be included in Veidekke’s order backlog for the third quarter of 2026.
