The property is situated within the former airport area in Torslanda.

“We are very positive about Torslanda. It is a growing area with an attractive strategic location in close proximity to major employers such as Volvo Cars and the various operations within the Port of Gothenburg,” says Manne Aronsson.

In the same way that Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter has previously developed the Pedagogen Park district in Mölndal and East Square in Gamlestaden, Manne Aronsson sees significant potential in Torslanda as well.

“As a long-term property owner, we are committed to managing high-quality properties in prime locations. At the same time, we possess the expertise and experience required to develop mixed-use areas incorporating offices, retail, residential units and local services. This is very much embedded in our DNA as a property development company,” he says.

The future development of Amhult will be determined by the City of Gothenburg’s forthcoming planning process for the area. This process will establish a strategic direction for how the city intends to utilise the area in the future.

“Regardless of the outcome of the planning process, we, as a property company, are prepared to take a long-term responsibility—together with other stakeholders—for ensuring that Torslanda remains a place where people can work, live, thrive and enjoy a high quality of life,” says Manne Aronsson.
