Sweden — In Central Nacka, close to the future metro, Wallenstam has constructed Nacka Grace – block with 169 rental apartments and 12 commercial premises, inspired by the Swedish Grace design movement of the 1920s. Wallenstam is now selling the prized property to KPA Pension, which is part of the Folksam Group, for an agreed property value of SEK 822 million (EUR 73 million).

Sweden — NCC is divesting the Yrket 4 office project in the City of Solna, Sweden, to KPA Tjänstepensionsförsäkring AB, which is part of the Folksam Group. NCC will develop the property into a new head office for the public authority Svenska kraftnät.

Sweden — KPA Pension, which is part of the Folksamgruppen, has acquired the Mentorn 1 property in central Stockholm for SEK 3 billion (EUR 259 million), which makes it this year's largest deal so far on the Swedish market. The property has an attractive location close to Central Station and the seller is AMF Fastigheter.

Sweden — Folksam, through KPA Pension, acquires the property Brädstapeln 13 in central Stockholm from Europa.

Sweden — AMF Fastigheter sells three properties in the city of Stockholm of just over 14,000 square meters to KPA Pension, part of the Folksam Group, for approximately SEK 2,140 million.

Sweden — Skanska has sold a portfolio of five multifamily projects in Skåne, Sweden, for a total of approximately SEK 1.5 billion. The investor is KPA Pension, part of Folksamgruppen.
